Casa Roma is in the village of Vergemoli, an hour and a quarter’s drive north from Pisa airport. The village is on a hilltop, with beautiful mountain views on all sides.

• bathroom (bath / shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin)

• converted for living but not yet in use. Gives access to garden with table, chairs, parasol.

The house has mains gas, electricity, water and drainage. It is double-glazed on the valley side with external shutters to all windows and doors. It has central heating - though this is never needed in summer!

There is no swimming pool in the village but there are three pools close by - and of course there is the Tuscan coast (Livorno, Viareggio…) about one hour away.
