We only rent CASA ROMA by the week, Saturday to Saturday (though in the low season it’s sometimes possible to move the start and end days). Rates are as follows:
Low season April – May, October: €100 per night, minimum 4 nights
Mid season June, September: €110 per night, minimum 7 nights
High Season July: €120 per night, minimum 7 nights
High Season August: €130 per night, minimum 7 nights
PRICES ARE FOR TWO PEOPLE PER NIGHT. FOR EACH EXTRA PERSON UP TO A TOTAL OF SEVEN IN ALL, €25 PER PERSON.
There is a cleaning charge, payable at the end of the rental, of €70.
Broadband Wi-fi is available at a charge of €10 per week (or part of a week).
Reduced rates for long lets – more than one month, or over winter – by negotiation.
